I stayed here with my family for one night. The location was great, close to local attractions. However, the room was not cleaned properly, with a dirty sink and hair on the floor. It was also freezing when we first entered, and the smoke alarm was a constant annoyance throughout our stay. Appreciate the welcoming front desk personnel but overall, the cleanliness was disappointing.

The king studio non-smoking room was super clean and comfy, with a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchenware. The flat-screen TV worked well. Staff was really helpful and attentive. Location had good food spots nearby. The parking lot was well-lit at night, making it feel safe.

The lobby's canteen had decent food options, including fresh sandwiches, but the atmosphere was marred by loud guests and a funky smell on my floor. A coworker had to switch rooms due to a smoky odor. Not the best experience for a short business trip.

Nice space but weird service

So we called ahead for a room number for my surgery doc, and wow, what a disaster! The room was big and comfy tho. We really liked the picnic area outside. Just wish the staff was more friendly.

Comfortable room, spacious kitchen with essential utensils, I especially enjoyed having a full-sized fridge and the accessibility of free parking for easy travel around the area.
